We are committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible! All orders ship via Standard Ground service, and once the order is placed, our system automatically selects the most efficient carrier based on the shipping address. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on the address. During holidays or periods of high order volume, additional processing and delivery time may be required.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to residential addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.
• Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa), or international locations.

Signature Requirement

• For most orders, a signature is not required. However, for high value orders ($300 or more), the carrier may require a signature at the time of delivery. The carrier will handle the signature process when your order arrives.

Shipping Rates

• All orders (one-time purchase and subscription) shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.
• All one-time purchase orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with a minimum order value of $75 or more after discounts are applied to the order. Note, all one-time purchase orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states with an order value less than $75 after discounts are applied are subject to a flat $9.95 shipping fee.
• All subscription orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with no minimum order value required.
